Ideal Candidate will:
-Partner with executive leadership to accomplish organizational strategic and operational goals and make effective business decisions.

-Determine appropriate rollout strategies and processes to ensure effective and timely adoption of improvement initiatives.
-Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, and the ability to synthesize information from many sources to develop recommendations. Including measuring, analyzing, and interpreting data.
-Strong background in change management principles and how to make cultural changes within an organization.
-*Prior experience with technical implementations, including data conversions, associate readiness, and project management.
-Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
-Knowledge of Lean, DMAIC, DFSS, Agile, and other quality improvement tools and methodologies, with a record of leading successful improvement projects.
-Ability to come up to speed on technology quickly, can articulate benefits and business value

Minimum experience 4 to 8 of nonprofit or foundation work with an advanced degree. Strong knowledge and competency in Microsoft office and databases. Successfully Track successful track record of fundraising required.
