Monthly Club Fee Chart and Financial Aid Information



Our Conejo Clubs are designed for grades five, six, seven, and eight during the school days and ages 3 through 14 for our Weekend Youth Sports Leagues.  Membership is renewed annually and costs $25.00 per year. 
 
It is important to insure each child's Membership Application has current information, especially concerning emergency and daytime phone numbers.
 
A Membership Card will be issued to each child and is required to participate in all Monday through Friday programs. Replacement Cards are $5.00.

FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION 
There is a financial aid program to ensure all kids can join and participate. A confidential 'Request for Financial Assistance' is required to  be completed.  Requirements include:
  • Total income for all members of the household.
  • Previous year's tax return.
  • Most recent form of income (paycheck stubs, social security, disability, S.S.I., etc.)
We welcome you to visit any of the Clubs and meet our staff. We'll be happy to give you a tour or assist you in completing a Membership Application Form.
