This position is for our upcoming reopening of the Jacqueline & Albert “Bud” Marley club in Calabasas in Fall 2022.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Club Direct to oversee all overall daily operations of the Club.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, and directs all day-to-day youth activities and programs for the Boys & Girls Club.
- Develop strong partnerships and relationships with parents, school personnel & principals that foster and promote student’s overall academic success.
- Meet monthly with the Principal, PFC President, and attend all PFC monthly meetings.
- Manage administrative, financial, and operational processes while maintaining oversight of facilities maintenance and repair of building, equipment, and other facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in non-profit agency, operations management and supervision, with at least a year at the Club Director level; or an equivalent combination of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and coordinate operations; in personnel supervision, the recruitment and retention of key personnel; facilities management and budget management.
- Previous experience with afterschool/summer programming.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and including database management required.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
