Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic & engaging individual to join our team as a Club Director within our Greater Conejo Valley network.

Responsibilities (Partial):

  • Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs all day-to-day youth activities and programs for the Boys & Girls Club.
  • Develop strong partnerships and relationships with parents, school personnel & principals that foster and promote students’ overall academic success.
  • Manage administrative, financial, and operational processes while maintaining oversight of facilities maintenance and repair of the building, equipment, and other facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a non-profit agency, operations management, and supervision, with at least a year at the Club Director level; or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and coordinate operations; in personnel supervision, the recruitment and retention of key personnel; facilities management, and budget management.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to maintain multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and including database management required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required or equivalent experience.
